Welcome to TrackSAFE Education

Our mission is to empower primary and high school students to improve their own and others’ safety around trains, trams and tracks. We bring train, tram, track and level crossing safety into the classroom, providing teachers with ready-made student-centred learning activities which are developed by teachers, for teachers.

We provide Australian Curriculum aligned teacher resources for all year/stage levels for primary and high schools in Australia in Health and Physical Education (HPE), English, and The Arts. Our curriculum resources focus on personal, social and community health, with a rail safety theme. All resources have content that can be used to address school safety education as well as overall community safety.

We promote strength-based rail safety education, with the long term vision that quality education combined with other initiatives will prevent incidents, and trauma relating to incidents, on our rail network.

We invite students, teachers, parents, community members and rail staff to engage with our resources and work together to develop solutions to personal and community safety around your local railway; as a whole school approach to rail safety.
